Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Appointments cancelled Less than 24 hours will Be subject to cancellation fee of 75% No shows will be charged 75% of the quoted / price via service menu on website, text, email and verbal appointments made via phone or in person Late Clients no contact Clients more than 15 minutes late - with NO contact will be charged 75% of the total service and appt will be cancelled by me Late Clients with contact More than 15 minutes late will get a truncated appt but will pay full cost of original service.
